This policy is designed with the objective of providing clarity and a positive shopping experience for you the customer. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions relevant to your purchase.<\/p><h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General<\/h5><p>All our items are handmade-to-order.<\/p><p id=\"block-17d3ce70-1512-454c-82a3-65958c2fafd7\">With the exception of certain items mentioned below, you may return your order for a refund <strong>within 30 days of receipt<\/strong>, provided the goods are returned in an unused, perfect condition. The item must be returned together with all its tags and packaging (if applicable), excluding any shipping-specific packaging.<\/p><p id=\"block-b84d83e9-9345-4125-a4d5-ef390d39bf19\">Please, before returning an item <a href=\"https:\/\/jardfe.com\/contact\/\"><strong>you should contact us here<\/strong><\/a> so we can coordinate the return.<\/p><h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-Refundable Items<\/h5><p id=\"block-a403de03-c01d-45d9-84c8-5def962f1425\">Due of the nature of certain items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-0b51616e-fb33-4e5f-b6d8-5eccd822e386\"><li>custom or personalized items<\/li>\n\n<li>earrings or other intimate jewelry, for hygiene reasons.<\/li><\/ul><p>For some earrings where we can change the hook or the earring post, returns are accepted against a fee as this entails changing out the part that goes into the ear. The cost and availability of this service will depend on the item in question and we advice you to contact us in this case. <\/p><p id=\"block-25f9779a-71ff-4c91-9b82-705590f4b53f\">We <strong>do not accept refunds on gold items<\/strong> as these items contain materials that are specially ordered on an order-by-order basis and should be considered custom made. For gold items we instead offer store credit.<\/p><h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Acceptable Item Conditions<\/h5><p>Once you decide to return the goods you must not use them and must take reasonable care of them while they remain in your possession. The goods must be returned to us intact and undamaged as soon as reasonably possible, and within 30 days. Items that are returned with evidence of wear will not be accepted.<\/p><h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return Shipping Handling and Costs<\/h5><p>It is your responsibility to pay the postage costs for any items returned to us. We advise that you use a recorded method of carriage for returning your goods. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed on their way back to us. In the event of a lost parcel, you as the receiver is responsible for processing a claim with the delivery company.<\/p><p>In the case of faulty goods, or goods which have been sent incorrectly, we will make direct arrangements and\/or refund your reasonable return postage costs. If this is the case <a href=\"https:\/\/jardfe.com\/contact\/\"><strong>contact us here<\/strong><\/a> and we will make arrangements with you directly.<\/p><h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h5><p>All refunds will be processed via your original method of payment, except for store credit, for the price of the goods, excluding any potential shipping costs, once the item has arrived back to us.<\/p><p>Please allow 7 working days for your refund to be processed. The time it will take for the money to be back in your account will depend on the payment provider chosen to complete the purchase and may vary from provider to provider and between countries.
